There are two ways to enter Blackrock Mountain, either from Burning Steppes in the south, or Searing Gorge in the north. The Alliance can fly to either Thorium Point in Searing Gorge or Morgan's Vigil in Burning Steppes.

The easiest way to get to the mountain's northern gate is to start your journey at the dark iron dwarves of the Thorium Brotherhood's town of Thorium Point, which sits on a ridge in northern Searing Gorge, directly opposite Blackrock Mountain.
